I did make some changes to the php.ini file when I was troubleshooting though those were since reversed. Turns out something had changed the wp_user_roles value, reverting this to a value that was on an older copy of the database thankfully fixed the issue. Have you tried re-assigning a new role to the 4 users with “um_jungfischer” role? You can re-assign a role in WP Admin > Users.
